Food is Key to Thriving
As you can read in My Story, my overeating crippled all areas of my life. Health, finances, relationships… Succeeding as long as my life revolved around food was impossible. When I stopped abusing food, I gained the energy and strength to move forward. I got my body in shape, aced my career, made better decisions, experienced love and happiness. It all started with learning to eat well. Conversely, I’ve also had to quit toxic patterns in all life areas to keep my healthy eating. What would be possible for you, if food wasn’t holding you back?
Healing Comes from Self-Love
I know the shame and pain that comes with food issues because I’ve been there myself. Unfortunately, feeling guilty over a food binge often ended with another one for comfort. Beating ourselves up doesn’t get us anywhere! I’m here to help you break that cycle. The Benefactory is a loving and supportive environment for your healing process. Keeping an Open Mind
Desperation gives flexibility, and I have been blessed with plenty. My severe food issues set me out on a worldwide mission for a solution, ranging from Bulletproof Coach training in New York to 40 Years of Zen neurofeedback training in the Alpes, half-naked mountain climbing with “The Iceman” Wim Hof and much more… As a result, I’ve got more than a few tools in my toolbox to share with clients! I continue to explore the best hacks so that you will have the shortest route to your target weight and feeling amazing. All I’m asking for is your open-mindedness. Struggling with food and weight is tiresome. I used to think that I was a hopeless case and that I was doomed to life as a miserable overeater. But somehow, I kept going. Knowing how “hopeless” I once was, has given me a steadfast belief in my clients. There is a solution for you too and I am fully dedicated to supporting you as we figure it out! Not a Diet Fad, but a Great Lifestyle
Counting calories, spending half of your life at the gym and depriving yourself is no fun. No wonder that most people fail shortly after starting a diet. As your coach, I ask you to forget about all of that! I think life should be enjoyed to the fullest, without wasting energy on obsessing about food. I will show you what foods will stop your cravings, make you feel satisfied and give you lots of energy. From there, anything is possible! What does a life that you truly love look like?
