My coaching program is based on the ketogenic diet, which has been scientifically proven to be effective for weight loss and optimal health.
The ketogenic diet is very low on carbs with some healthy protein and fats. Through starving the body on carbs, its forced to use fat instead of glucose for fuel. The body gets into a state of ketosis, which usually results in effective weight loss until all excess weight is lost. At the same time, your hunger and cravings disappear and you get a boost in energy and focus. This way, you will get in top shape – with no requirement for sweaty gym visits.
Of course, you can google how to follow the ketogenic diet. But what I offer as a coach, is personalised support and guidance for you to ensure that you succeed. I will help you avoid the common pitfalls. I will advise on what food that will make you look and feel fantastic. I will give you a boost when you feel like stuffing your face with cake.
